Return Policy
At Stormy-Rose, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.
Return/Exchange Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we’ll
cover the return shipping cost within the eligible 7-day return period. Please
contact us promptly so we can assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
You will receive an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your
return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the
refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within
10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not
received the refund, please contact us.
